My name is Tracy Capone, the owner and operator of TLC Pet Care. I began TLC with a simple dream and a deep love for animals. Growing up in Westford and spending 40 years there, I saw a need for reliable, trustworthy and caring pet services. In 1999, I established TLC Pet Care, making it the first pet care business in our community. Over the past 26 years, I have had the privilege of caring for countless pets, developing lasting relationships and a reputation built on trust and compassion.

My approach is personal; I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. I understand that pets are family members, and leaving them in someone else's hands can be daunting. That's why I aim to provide peace of mind for pet owners, knowing their beloved companions are in experienced and caring hands. My passion for animals drives me every day to create a safe, loving environment for your pets while you are away.
