What services do you offer?
TLC Pet Care offers weekday dog walking along with cat care and other small animals. Visits can be scheduled throughout the week and weekends.
Are you insured?
Yes, TLC Pet Care is insured with the Business Insurers of the Carolinas to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets and home.
What is your availability?
TLC Pet Care has availability for dog walking services from 10am-2pm Monday- Fridays. Cat care and small animal visits are scheduled Sunday-Saturdays. It's best to schedule in advance to ensure your preferred dates.
Can I meet you before booking your services?
Yes, I encourage all potential clients to meet me beforehand for an initial visit/meet & greet, free of charge. This helps both you and your pet feel comfortable.
Do you allow dogs to run off leash?
Most of the time I keep dogs on-leash unless there are trails and the dog's recall is outstanding. I never walk dog's off-leash unless the owner asks me too or I have permission from the owner.
If my dog is old and incontinent or if I have a puppy that is working on potty training - will you come to my home more than once per day?

Do you clean up after the dogs?
Absolutely! I pick up when walking through the neighborhood or when playing in the yard. I like to keep it clean & professional.
How long have you been in business?
I have been caring for pets in Westford for 26 years, and TLC Pet Care was the first pet care business in the area.
What types of pets do you care for?
I care for various types of pets including dogs, cats, and small animals. If you have a specific pet type, feel free to ask!
Do you provide references?
Absolutely! I have numerous satisfied clients who can provide references upon request.
How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary. Your pet's safety is my top priority.
Will you walk my dog(s) on their own or in a group with other dogs?
In order to keep all dogs safe, I walk dog(s) that live in the same house together unless there is a visitor to the house or neighbor that would like to join.
Will you provide training to my dogs?
I will work with your dog on good leash walking behavior and I will reinforce training that you are working on with your dogs. I do not provide formal training services.
Will you walk a dog who is dog-aggressive?
Most likely, yes. I have worked with and have owned all types of dogs and have plenty of experience with many different situations.
